BILL9 - Turn Bills Into Searchable Business Data

Small businesses still run their books on paper receipts, WhatsApp photos and spreadsheets. Petty cash slips go missing, invoices sit in inboxes, and month-end becomes a manual re-typing exercise nobody enjoys.

We built BILL9 to remove that data entry entirely: upload any bill in any format, let AI read it, and get clean structured records you can search and question like a database. That AI layer now runs on Claude, Anthropic's LLM, which is also the foundation of Cogntix's work as a Claude partner.

BILL9 is built around four steps - upload, extract, structure, ask. A document goes in, Claude reads it and pulls out every important field, and the result lands in a clean table the business actually controls.

Teams create their own tables for bill management, vendors, raw materials or petty cash, so the product fits how each business already works instead of forcing a fixed chart of accounts.

The AI chat sits on top of those records, powered by Claude as BILL9's LLM provider: owners ask questions like what they spent with a vendor last quarter and get an answer instantly, without exports or spreadsheets. Native iOS and Android apps mean bills get captured at the counter, not at month-end. As Cogntix grows into a Claude partner, the same AI foundation that runs BILL9 now carries into the client platforms we build.
